This document details the terms and conditions both the restaurant, participating brands and members of the Kids Club need to consider.
Please read this carefully to ensure that you fully understand and are compliant with these terms and conditions before registering to become a member of the Armadillo’s Kids Club. Further details of the Kids Club membership can be found at

1.THE ARMADILLO’S KIDS CLUB
a. The Armadillo’s Kids Club is a membership which children (up to the age of 12 years) can sign up to, to receive exclusive offers from the contributing restaurants associated with Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ.
b. The Armadillo’s Kids Club only operates at participating Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ and excludes all other venues operating within the South Island Hospitality Group.
c. Armadillo’s Bar Restaurant and Function Centre is a registered company with a NZBN.
d. All Armadillo’s branding and promotions are intellectual property of Armadillo’s Bar Restaurant and Function Centre and cannot be used anywhere else.
2. YOUR STATUS
a. By joining the Armadillo’s Kids Club, you must confirm that you are the legal parent or guardian of the children you mention within your registration details.
b. Each parent/guardian can register up to 6 children free of charge BUT a stamp will only be received by one full paying adult main meal per child and is not in conjunction with any other promotions or discounted items.(No other promotions eg $15 lunch or the $15 Rump, Schnitzel or Rib deals). The details that you provide must be correct and your email address must be valid in order for the team to contact you with regards to key information about the Armadillo’s Kids Club, its services, news, events, relevant offers, and discounts.
c. The information collected in the registration form will only be used by Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ for the purposes of our Kids Club. We will never share your information with any third parties. In accordance with the privacy Act 1993 you or any child specified on the registration form is entitled to request a copy of, or correction to any information held by us on you or your child by writing to us at Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ. All the information you provide must be true and accurate.
d. You may link to our Kids Club page, providing you do so in a way that is fair, legal and does not damage Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ’s reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such way to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. If you are caught doing so, further action will be taken.
e. Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
3. YOUR KIDS CLUB MEMBERSHIP WITH ARMADILLO’S RESTAURANTS NZ
a. After registering to become a member of Armadillo’s Kids Club, you will receive a verification email to confirm your registration.
b. After you have received your verification email, show proof of the verification email to our staff members, you will receive one Armadillo’s Kids Club membership stamp card which grants you access to exclusive discounts/offers at our restaurants.
c. One membership card is issued to the registered parent/guardian.
d. Please ensure that all the details you provide on the back of your card is true, accurate and legible. The details on the back of the card must be completed for the card to be valid.
e. Please ensure that your card is intact as your discounts may not be valid at Armadillo’s Restaurants.
f. The Kids Club membership card holds no cash value.
g. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, we can not back date any previous stamps received, and you will be required to show proof of verification again to receive a new membership stamp card.
4. THE USE OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD,
a. Offers are visible on Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ website.
b. As a Kids Club member, you will receive exclusive discounts and offers from participating restaurants within Armadillo’s NZ. To redeem the relevant discount/offer, please show your membership card at the till point to our team. Any discounts/offers advertised within the Kids Club membership are not valid online.
c. On occasion, Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ will remove/amend any offers/discounts provided by the brands on site and hold no liability for such withdrawals, amendments or availability of an offer/discount.
d. Any printed material you may receive from Armadillo’s NZ which states information about the Kids Club’s offers and discounts from our brands were correct at the time of printing and are subject to change. Please check the website regularly to ensure you are kept up to date with the relevant offers as these can change frequently.
e. Kids Club membership cards can only be used by the name of the registered member and are strictly non-transferrable. Participating brands within the Kids Club have the right to ask for proof of identification to validate the offer. Staff can only do so if they are under the belief that the person presenting the card is mis-using, taking advantage of the membership and/or is not a member of the Kids Club.
f. If you cannot prove your identity upon questioning, you will not receive the offer or promotion. If this decision results in any challenging behaviour to the staff/customers in the restaurant, we obtain the right to escort you off the premises and your Kids Club membership will be terminated.
g. Armadillo’s Restaurants NZ are not liable for any of the restaurant's refusal to honour the advertised discount or offer.
h. If you are suspected of misusing your membership card, your membership will be terminated and further action will be taken if necessary.
